We are doing some maintenance on the GrabIt Search servers. Some content might not be available all of the time. Shouldn't take too long though. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I know GrabIt 2.0 is taking longer than expected and GrabIt 1.7.2 is showing its age. But GrabIt 2.0 (for Windows and Mac) is still a work in progress and not ready to be publicly tested yet.
I got some requests from fans to create a new release that has the latest UNRAR and PAR versions, so that is exactly what I did last week. No major updates in the code, just a newer UNRAR version a much faster PAR version. I also fixed the SSL connection problem. Feedback is welcome via the SUPPORT link on the left.

We moved the GrabIt Search to new servers last night. The GrabIt Search should be a lot more responsive now. We wil keep watching and tweaking the configuration in the next couple of days to make maximum use of the new hardware. So performance should be improving even more.
As always, if something is not working, just hit the support button on the left and let us know. Happy grabbing!

We are switching to a new support environment. Your requests should come in quicker and get a response sooner. We are also working on the Help Center adding new FAQs depending on what kind of questions are coming in.
Besides that work on GrabIt 2.0 is moving along. People who signed up to get an early development preview should be getting one next month.
